1. Services Provided

Howalt Studios specializes in creating high-quality video advertisements and infomercials for startups. We offer creative consulting, production, post-production, and distribution services as agreed in a specific project contract.

 

2. Engagement Terms

All projects will be initiated upon mutual agreement of the project scope, deadlines, and fees. A signed contract or agreement will be required before commencing any work.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

Clients agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total project cost before work begins. The balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement.

Payment methods and timelines will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

4. Project Revisions and Approval

 

We allow 2 rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions will be incur extra cost.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback to ensure project deadlines are met.

 

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

 

Howalt Studios retains the copyright of all creative materials, unless otherwise stated in the contract.Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed rights to use the final product. Any additional licensing must be discussed and agreed upon separately.

 

6. Confidentiality

 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the collaboration. Howalt Studios will not disclose project details or proprietary content without the client's consent.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients must provide all necessary materials and approvals promptly to avoid delays.

Any delay in providing resources or feedback may result in an extension of the project timeline.

 

8. Cancellations and Refunds

 

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will be forfeited, and the client may be liable for any additional costs incurred.Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Howalt Studios.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Howalt Studios will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

 

10. Use of Work for Promotional Purposes

 

Howalt Studios reserves the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes, including our portfolio, website, or social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

11. Governing Law

 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your State.

 

12. Changes to Terms

 

Howalt Studios reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
